In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money in the form of store credit, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with our products, clients have the liberty to schedule returns for their order and request a refund from us in the form of store credit.

Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.

REFUND POLICY

We process refunds in the form of store credit in the case of returned orders and in the case of canceled orders, payments are refunded back to the same card that was used.

No refunds are provided for products sold during any sale/promotions.

EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. In case of an exchange, a request has to be sent within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

3. The product’s original tags are to be intact and the product’s original e-bill is to be presented while sending an exchange request.

4. Instead of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference.

5. The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand

6. Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

7. A charge of Rs. 200 will be levied on the client for a return order.

8. The shipping period for products on normal days will be 3 – 5 days and in case of extreme situations like strikes or pandemics will be 8-10 days.
