Do you ship internationally?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 10–15 business days to the United States and Canada, and up to 25 business days to other destinations. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange or a return. Email hello@countvalentine.com with your order number for approval, and we'll send you the return address. Exchanges are for a different size or colour of the same item; you cover return shipping and we ship your replacement free. Approved returns are refunded as store credit. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached, and sale or discounted items are final sale.
